Shipping

We ship around the world, using 3-4 day Standard shipping for domestic US orders and 6-10 day Standard shipping for international orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

For returns and exchange requests, please contact superlifesize@gmail.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order for assistance. Requests beyond the 2 week grace period of the estimated package arrival date will not be accepted.

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale.
